Supervision of the National Broadcasting Network on Home Display Network: Conflict between Security Institutions and Celebrities?/ Mehdi Shirzad

Iranian politicians believe that those who are involved in the art business have a great influence on public opinion and are always seeking to attract them. In every election, campaign headquarters compete to bring in celebrities for their campaign photos. They have probably deduced this from the voting statistics of the winning candidate in each election, assuming that whoever has celebrities standing behind them will win. This is partly true, but not entirely. Celebrities, like any other group, are a part of the people, and their desires are either aligned with them or they are aware of them through their profession or connections with the people. For a long time, the conservative and security-oriented faction tried to buy celebrities. Through various institutions, they would offer money for mediocre and weak projects in order to gain their support, creating the illusion that they would see them in their desired candidate’s campaign headquarters in the next election. However, every election was different from the previous one, as the opposing side also knew that the people did not care

The relationship between extremists and celebrities is very similar to their relationship with America, and if you forgive me for the English word, it’s a kind of obsession. They don’t know if they love them or hate them, they know they need them but they’re not sure why, and this causes them to constantly struggle and be indecisive. They bring Tataloo to the stage and give him the title of the standard for distinguishing right from wrong, and in another place they show a less controversial singer as a black sheep, and Tataloo himself, who became a refugee and his hopes and talents were ruined, turned into an irrelevant grave who gives bizarre opinions on every issue. It is true that a celebrity is not necessarily an artist, and being an artist requires more than just making money from related fields, but this unhealthy relationship has a great impact on the art and work of all people in this field. We experienced an example of this not long ago when the Ahmadinejad family,

The emergence of mobile networks in the Islamic Republic was accompanied by a new era. The gentlemen had decided not to tie a handkerchief around their heads to show their support, and not to include troublemakers in positions of power in order to gain the participation of the people. Therefore, they removed the use of advertising to attract voters and said that a parliament without a backbone and a self-appointed president would be better. It is a good thing that President Rouhani, who occasionally wants to gain points with his votes, is not in power. In this new arrangement, the remaining few influential figures seem unnecessary, and celebrities, although they do not have any particular authority, are part of this group. It is not necessary to always suppress and control, and it is enough to cut off people’s sources of income. The upper classes, who no longer have the ability to cause trouble, must also be broken. Doctors, university professors, engineers, and designers find a place to emigrate. The one

My prediction is that art will eventually find its way. It may not give this generation of celebrities a pedestal, but the essence of art requires intellectual independence and has no solution other than choosing this path.
