The existence of suitable pathways is the most important factor in rural development/Amir Chamani.

Natural and human-made disasters such as floods and earthquakes are completely classist. Wherever there is money, resources, and government attention, the least damage is seen. Wherever poverty, deprivation, and neglect by the government exist, destruction occurs. No tower collapses in the upper city due to an earthquake, and no house is buried under a flood. If a street in urban areas is damaged, it is immediately reconstructed, but villages where no cars can pass during the rainy season and people have to walk for hours, are ignored.

The instability of houses:
Whenever an earthquake occurs, the most damage is seen in rural areas and suburban areas in cities. In urban areas, it is rare to see serious damage to buildings or anyone trapped under the rubble and losing their life. However, rural houses, due to their mud and unstable structures, are either completely destroyed by earthquakes or become uninhabitable due to serious damage. This has been happening for years.
