Transgression, an area of lawlessness/thought of Ja’fari

My first day of primary school passed with a crooked mask and a backpack that wouldn’t even go back far enough for me to see the corners of my left and right sides. Both inside the school and on the way there, the situation was the same. Every time I wanted to look to my left or right, I had to turn my neck completely to that side to see. It was like a game for me in the beginning. Whenever I put on the mask, I would think of the tunnels we used to enter with my dad’s car on trips and I would fall into that memory. I thought to myself that I had my own tunnel that I could take everywhere. Or maybe I was a owl or an iron man who had to turn their neck a lot to see everything. These were all good and interesting signs for a 6-year-old girl. One day, my father said to me, “When you come back from school, take off your mask so you can see comfortably

“What girl is this?” I turned back to see who was speaking in this tone. I thought to myself, maybe it’s a distant relative. A strange man on a motorcycle, with a dirty beige fur hat, beard, and a smile, had his hand stretched out towards me.

  • My dad sent me to bring you to your house. Come on, let’s go.

I looked around confused and bewildered to see what was going on.

  • My dad, who doesn’t send anyone after me. He’s at work now.

  • Come on, come here, it’s dangerous.

With a sudden movement, he brought his hand forward and looped it around my waist. He smelled bad and his pants had an unusual bulge. As much as I could, I shook myself in his grip and threw the wrist of one of my feet into the block of the sidewalk. Then I don’t remember how I got free; I saw myself in the middle of the streetlights. The streetlights were sharp. Or maybe it was the blocks of the sidewalk, I don’t know. My clothes were dirty and my hands and arms were scratched. I heard the sound of a motor revving. But I couldn’t remember leaving. The tunnel entrance was as crooked and dark as ever. I turned my right shoulder again. Cars were coming towards me, honking. I ran across the street until I reached the sidewalk. My school bag was dirty and torn. My palms were burning. My clothes were dirty and my heart was beating fast, and amidst all of this, I

Group rape of 41 women in Iran Shahr, the rape of a school supervisor on students of the Moein school, and the rape of a 5-year-old Afghan girl by three men in Khomeini Shahr. It seems that the more these incidents occur, the more normal they become for tired minds. The judgmental mindset that rules over Iranian society, if it does not blame the victim, at least invites them to silence, which in itself is a form of reproducing the violence that has been inflicted upon them. The abandoned victims in countless defenseless spaces in the city, alongside patients who not only do not receive treatment, but are also neglected in their identification. The entrance interviews for sensitive jobs such as teaching only measure the level of individuals’ adherence to Islamic beliefs. The licensing interviews for kindergartens and playhouses do not go beyond this topic, and participation in Friday prayers or religious gatherings and congregational prayers in the local mosque and questioning the religious authority and

Representative of Shahin Shahr people in the Islamic Consultative Assembly considered the incident of group assault on boys in the West Tehran school as the result of the implementation of the 2030 plan. Hossein Ali Hajideligani said in the morning session of the Assembly on Thursday, May 27, 2018: “During the follow-up of the matter, the government said it was canceled, but reports indicate that this document is being implemented in a scattered manner in some places, and one of them occurred in the West Tehran school.” In response to this warning, Ali Larijani said: “The Education Commission should follow up on these issues.”

In the broader denial of this issue, we can refer to President Hassan Rouhani’s press conference with the presence of more than 300 domestic and foreign reporters, where he announced: “The people are not fooled by those who tried to tell them that their religion is in danger. They tried to tell the people that the 2030 document, which has its roots in 1990, is against the people’s religion. A document that no country has signed. A document that is only a recommendation. A document that the eleventh government explicitly stated that we do not accept anything that is not compatible with our laws and religion. The people said no to destruction and inaccurate statements, and yes to unity, balance, moderation, and rationality.” In another news, Bahram Qassemi, the spokesperson for the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said that his country has no commitment to implementing parts of the 2030 document, which, according to him, “is against the laws and religious

And what is the document?

2030

The preamble has a document stating that the leaders and people of the world are committed to ending poverty, hunger, violence, corruption, trafficking, etc. by 2030 and moving towards human dignity, peace, justice, equality, well-being, sustainable management of natural resources, expansion of healthcare, providing safe drinking water for all, empowering women and girls, respecting cultural diversity, supporting vulnerable groups, democracy, improving the environment, developing rural areas, promoting general and technical and vocational education, promoting understanding, creating employment opportunities, and similar actions.

Then the importance of all governments’ efforts to achieve the 2030 development goals has been emphasized.

Bonds 4, 5, and 16 of this document are the most disputed ones.

Clause 4- Ensuring the quality of inclusive education and creating lifelong learning opportunities for all in a fair manner.
Clause 5- Achieving gender equality and empowering all women and girls.

Article 16- Promotion of peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, access to justice for all, and the establishment of effective, accountable, and inclusive institutions at all levels. (4)

After Mostafa Hashemi Taban was nominated for the twelfth presidential election, in his second election debate, he mentioned the implementation of the 2030 educational document as one of the achievements of Hassan Rouhani’s government. The leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran strongly criticized the approval and implementation of this document without any consultation, holding the government and the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution responsible for neglecting this issue. (3) In a joint statement, the gender equality in education, which is one of the goals of the United Nations and its Iranian version, has also been criticized. The statement reads: “Among the achievements of this program is the elimination of gender segregation in the educational environment, changing textbooks by removing maternal and marital roles, and portraying men and women equally in all fields.”

In April 2016, the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution, after examination, deemed many aspects of this document to be “inconsistent with the fundamental values and beliefs of the Islamic Republic.”

And in this way, a document that was going to bring about a significant change in Iran, especially in its educational structure, was added to the long list of the system’s blacklists, to be accused and then forgotten. And this time, it presents a new definition of violation, falling into the wide trap of lawlessness.
