The heartless and deceitful government is alien to human rights / Reza Alijani

The performance and positions of Rouhani’s government, especially his Minister of Interior, during the November 98 street protests, caused their actions to become more apparent to the public in December 96 and to come out of the curtain.
The historical phrase “we didn’t stop at anything, we used our hands and feet” displayed the Minister of Interior of Rouhani’s government as a symbol of cruelty and brutality.
It seems that the track record of this government in dealing with popular protests is more evident and descriptive than it needs to be. Perhaps what is needed more is a deeper and more precise analysis and investigation of this track record and performance.

Mentioning some points about this can be enlightening:

1 – In Iran, governments come and go, but what remains constant is the institution of the Supreme Leader and the Leader’s House. The main government is the hidden leader, and the Leader’s House is the center of power and authority. Therefore, any action in domestic and foreign affairs must be referred back to this main factor above all else. This is why in Iran, a “hidden government” has formed, and the Revolutionary Guards have become the “invisible party” of Mr. Khamenei. In this regard, the Revolutionary Guards have access to information and decision-making power in matters of security, and other institutions related to the center of power, such as the Supreme National Security Council, the judiciary, etc., have a higher role compared to the executive and other pseudo-elected institutions. However, this reality does not negate the role and responsibilities of governments and other agents of the regime.
