
A look at child suicide due to lack of virtual education facilities/Shida Aryaipour
Currently, our society is moving from a traditional society towards an electronic society, especially since the outbreak of the coronavirus, where the implementation of electronic discussions has become necessary and essential. Education, as an important institution in society, has important responsibilities in facing this social, political, and cultural process in order to preserve our national and religious culture. In this regard, the use of virtual spaces is also based on the level of awareness that exists in the learner. The main concern of teachers, parents, and schools should be to develop the three fundamental abilities (understanding, criticism, and decision-making) in the learner. This is the same “awareness” that should be the goal of education and upbringing.
The challenges of the virtual space, such as the spread of nude photos, lack of parental control, internet addiction, blurring the lines between virtual and reality, fake identities, and the emergence of a public model for children, childhood obesity, and more have been explained, which require deep cultural education
