According to Marton, in adverse conditions, four types of social problems occur, one of which is the problem of isolation and escape from society. In Iranian society, isolation, which is caused not only by the lack of unity but also by the lack of recreation and vitality, manifests itself in forms such as addiction, social frustration, increase in crime, and other similar issues.
Individuals who evaluate the impossibility of achieving social goals may choose to leave society. Of course, one type of leaving society is emigration, which many Iranians try to do in order to achieve their goals in another place. The more common type is healthy or unhealthy isolation and seclusion.
The unhealthy method is clearly manifested in tendencies towards drug use and criminal behavior.
