Legal review of the problems and challenges faced by Iranian athletes/Mehran Mosadeghnia

Introduction.
In recent years, the absence of Iranian athletes against Israeli athletes or the issue of compulsory hijab for female athletes have been major problems for Iranian sports at the international and domestic levels. Now, due to the financial crisis, even in sports where Iran claims to be a contender and has a reputation, they are facing problems and have achieved unprecedented poor results. The statistics of migration and requests for asylum from other countries by these athletes have created serious problems in various areas of sports, which we will discuss in this short article, focusing on the legal dimensions of this situation.
1- Legal examination of the non-confrontation of Iranian athletes with Israeli athletes.
2 – Iranian female athletes face restrictions and obstacles.
After the 1979 revolution in Iran, Iranian women were not allowed to participate in international sports competitions for up to 15 years. Despite the continued restrictions, in the past two decades, women were finally given the opportunity to participate in some sports at the international level. Non-football, volleyball, and basketball fields have been neglected in some wrestling clubs that do not include billions of income, and their income is sometimes not even in the millions, while during the Olympics, Asian Games, and other international competitions where the sports system takes pride in these medals, they pay little attention to the problems of their athletes. For example, weightlifting, which has always been our pride in the Olympic and Asian Games rankings. Judo, fencing, and many other fields create pride, then go empty-handed and train for another year to present a detailed report of their performance during their tenure. Athletes who may have six months of specific training during the year and train individually for the rest of the year must have
Conclusion.
Considering the numerous problems and systematic challenges, in the matter of sports activities and athletes in various political and economic fields, which have led to the widespread migration of this spectrum of compatriots outside the country, there is a need for a fundamental approach in creating long-term planning and also changing the direction of group media towards supporting the sports community. This is recommended because most of the mentioned challenges are no longer limited to the two mentioned challenges.
