
Kulbar; Non-citizenship with the burden of life on their shoulders/ Ronaak Faraji
Kolbari, which has become a familiar concept in the vocabulary of language speakers living in the geographical regions of Iran, has become a symbol of endless suffering and pain for the human beings who originate from the systematic discrimination of the ruling system in the western and northwestern border regions of this geography. Kolbari is another name for absolute poverty and deprivation, which is itself a result of security concerns, lack of human development indicators, ethnic and religious discrimination, government neglect, and lack of economic investment in these regions.
The issue of kolbari and the resolution of its crisis has various dimensions and angles, and this human problem is not simply limited to the crossing of borders and the movement of goods, but it requires a thorough understanding of the causes and solutions by the government. Among the kolbars, there are many educated and elite young people, women, and children who risk their lives every day to find a piece of bread by carrying heavy loads on their backs through treacherous paths,
