Housing is one of the universal and non-discriminatory rights for all human beings. In addition to emphasizing this right in the field of human rights, Maslow, in the field of psychology, considers housing as one of the basic human needs. The lack of realization of this right and need not only deprives humans of thinking about fundamental issues and sensitivities in political, social, and cultural areas, but also creates a platform for the emergence and exacerbation of problems and damages in various areas, which will be discussed in this article.
Migration, housing rights, and marginalization
Every city has a population threshold. Various theories have been proposed to explain the phenomenon of migration.
