1) It is obvious that failure to comply with any of the regulations of this standard is equivalent to not adhering to the regulations mentioned in Article 616 of the Islamic Penal Code – Ta’zirat, approved in 1996.

First, the lack of understanding of responsibility in protecting the health and hygiene of students, and second, living under the shadow of the Islamic legal system, where women are only half of men.
