The scent of victory.

Social activity has numerous effects and consequences on the lives of citizens and society. Social belonging, social cohesion, social responsibility, social harmony, improvement of mental and social health indicators, increased satisfaction with life or job satisfaction, social dynamism, reduction of people’s expenses, increased hope in society, balanced and stable life, improvement of quality of life, increased creativity and innovation, and reduction of social harms (especially in youth) are among these consequences. In order to be happy, the component of hope in life must be increased, as hope in life and happiness leads to a reduction in social harms such as addiction and suicide. Therefore, in order to increase hope in life, youth, adolescence, and the concerns of this generation must be valued and given importance.

Before starting the discussion, it is necessary to have a look at the historical process and the creation of places where people used to gather. By examining this section, we can see that in the past years, people used to gather in scattered places in the city for various reasons, and these places served as a contractual environment to bring people together; but now, after years have passed, due to problems in certain parts of society, we have come to the conclusion that establishing and creating places for people to gather for various reasons is a necessity; because this can lead to collective participation among people. Through an evaluation of the concept of collective participation, we understand that it is not only limited to people gathering for various reasons. Considering that the happiness of people cannot necessarily be determined by governments, collective participation can be organized in the form of a concert in an open space, where in the first stage, the needs of people must be examined and then places for gatherings can be created. Based on the author’s experience

Considering that organizing collective events makes people feel safe with their families, what measures should be taken so that women can also feel safe in society without the presence of their families?

Currently, there is a managerial and cultural weakness in this sector. For example, when people attend concerts in different halls or go to the cinema to watch a movie, they leave the venue with a special calmness because their energy has been discharged. People naturally and unconsciously get used to being in crowded places like cinemas and concert halls. When a cultural event such as a concert is held, the audience has already been defined; because its cultural foundations have been planned in advance. An event like watching a football match in a certain part of the city does not have a specific audience and people from different parts of the city may attend. As a result, this clash of cultures creates problems that require proper management.

One cannot ignore the fact that there are different social classes in society that lead to various events occurring in many sectors; because there are different classes with different demands in society. If football is broadcasted in all parts of the city, it can be more controlled. Considering that the presence of women cannot be ignored as half of society and they should not be excluded from society, subjective views should not result in the exclusion of this class from society. In today’s society, women’s participation is considered a fundamental and essential need, and effective measures must be taken to make this a reality.

The topic of social harms has always been of special importance in major cities. The question is whether increasing public spaces can play a role in reducing these harms? What is the solution?

Although some of the actions and initiatives that bring happiness and joy to people may seem unusual at first, over time they become more popular among the people and society. By examining other countries in the world, we can see that people in the poorest countries consider happiness and joy as part of their program. Each individual provides happiness and joy for themselves and those around them based on the resources available to them. But in our country, due to limitations in some areas, people are unable to provide happiness and joy for themselves as they wish. Since joy is a collective phenomenon, no one can create joy for themselves alone, and joy is considered one of the most important needs of society as a group activity. Responding to this collective need requires the participation of women and men in society, and bringing these two groups together requires providing a series of cultural requirements and infrastructures in society. Achieving these goals requires time and cultural development in society. However, the tastes and opinions that are chosen every four or eight years

Note:

  1. The name of an old neighborhood in Shiraz is Sibuye. The tomb of the great scientist Amr ibn Osman, known as Sibuye, is located in this neighborhood. There used to be a black stone on his grave. Initially, this neighborhood was called Sibuye, but over time, due to the mistake of the common people and the presence of the black stone on the grave, it became known as Sangan-e-Siyah (Black Stone).
