Living happily as a human right / Mohammad Mohabi

We know that the right to life, alongside the rights to freedom and property, is one of the three natural and inherent rights of humanity, and no government, authority, organization, or individual has the right to violate them, because in the absence of these three rights, humanity returns to a state of “war of all against all.” And humans live in a jungle-like society. On the other hand, with a little contemplation and reasoning, we find that the right to life takes precedence over the other two rights, and the reason for this is clear. In order to fulfill all rights, humans must have a “stable life.” In the legal definition of “murder,” it is referred to as “intentional deprivation of a stable life from another living human, contrary to fair and just laws and standards.” And murder means the end of a person’s life. Therefore, without a stable life, all other rights will lose their significance.
