
“Women’s rights and freedoms in the light of freedom of expression / Mostafa Ahmadian”

Human rights are a category of inherent, fundamental, inalienable, and universal rights that are accepted as a common ideal by all human societies in all times and places, and belong to all individuals regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender, religion, belief, or creed.
It goes without saying that in this regard, the inherent, universal, inalienable, and indivisible nature of these rights must always be emphasized. Today, it is no longer possible to deprive individuals of their human rights or create conditions for their deprivation or limitation, even by adhering to laws or religious principles and beliefs, as it goes against the very essence of human rights and their fundamental characteristics.
Alongside the first and second world wars, which resulted in the death and injury of over one hundred million people and the displacement of millions from their homes, the global community came to a proper understanding based on the acceptance of a set of rights and freedoms.
