Where is the world taking me – a poem by Reza Ekvanian

Where is the world taking me that I can’t speak my words and…

Fear has gripped my throat. Where is the world taking me?

I cannot read, my dear world, my dear world. My eyes. و به تو فکر می‌کنم

I close my eyes and think of you. خیال من‌اند

And I go to the street, the streets are in my imagination, the streets are in my imagination. می‌روند

I am walking. On that day, the streets are also walking in my imagination. الی است

They were going that day, I remember it fondly: the world is a handkerchief.

He had taken me and was taking me with him to the world.

He was holding my hand and I was walking beside you. تحت پایم

You were by my side and a bullet in front of you; you were by my side and suddenly, the ground beneath my feet. آسمان تاریک می‌شد

I turned red. I saw you, trembling on the cold ground, and I saw the sky getting dark.

“You were wearing a red shirt, with a smile on your lips, your forehead was red, and your cheeks were flushed.”

As I was walking down the street, it was warm. You were looking at me. ت باشد

You didn’t say anything, but you were saying; you were thinking about your mother waiting for you. را بگذرانی

“Come back home to your mother, as you were supposed to spend your youth.”

Tell your mother to wear black. بخواهم

I can ask from your eyes about your love for your mother.

Let me tell you! I saw these and said, “The government is neglecting the streets.”

He is afraid and has no desire to see anyone, reason. دارم

I don’t want to see these things again and I remember you. من را می‌برد

I bring it with me and I say to myself, where is the world taking me? Where is the world taking me?

The world has taken you, where, with whom can I? ندیده

Should I speak up? World, why, why does the world prefer you?

Don’t they give? I put my head between my knees and talk to you. ، که هستی، خنده می‌کنم

Larzan, larzan, without you, I cry; with you, I laugh. ی به تردد نداری

That you have walked on sensitive streets and no longer need to commute. م

Let’s not think about renting a house and timely pills.
