they nailed you to the wall<\/p>\n
and entrusted the endless delirium of your out-of-tune nights<\/p>\n
to the sun,<\/p>\n
so that its shadow, deep in your darkness,<\/p>\n
would become the bedfellow of light.<\/p>\n

When they traded your silent outcry<\/p>\n
for a headline decree,<\/p>\n
I took you to the labyrinth of silence \u2014 forever.<\/p>\n

Unwittingly, I planted the weeds of death<\/p>\n
beside the budding light of my own blossom,<\/p>\n
a gardener terrified of his own walking stick\u2026<\/p>\n
